Kelly and Clare have over 20 years experience in fitness and love to train in the outdoors. We have developed a unique training idea that we call “Bootie Camp”. Bootie Camp caters for males and females of all levels of fitness concentrating on proper technique and variation in the work outs – no work out is the same!
The Bootie Camp program insures a distinct balance between cardio, body weight and resistance training, perfect for everyday fitness and sport specific training – running, skiing, surfing, ball sports or just keeping up with the kids.
Bootie Campers enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Karkarook Park where training outdoors in small groups is truly a wonderful way to get fit!
Clare and Kelly work together at every training session! Yes .... that means you get 2 enthusiastic trainers with a minimum of 6 campers per session!
