I recently got promoted from a active production line job to a desk job. I
found that the change in lifestyle was causing me to stack on the kilos. I
needed to do something! I tried milk shake diets, walking after work and
running of a morning but I could never keep it going because lacked the
motivation. Luckily for me I found Bootie Camp. The regular sessions times
and fun atmosphere make it easy to come along and as a matter of fact I
look forward to each session. Kelly and Clare are great support and their
excellent knowledge of fitness helps with any problems I faced. Bootie camp
has transformed me from a couch potato who would collapse if I had to run
20 meters, into someone who regularly goes for jogs around the block and
competes in fun runs (Run to the G 10km, Sandy Point 10km). In 8 mths I've
lost 13cm of my waist and 11cm of my chest and I actually feel great!.

I started "bootie camp" in February 2007 in the first intake group I was looking for something different and had tried a Gym membership previously which failed to give me the results I desired. I wanted to try a personal trainer but this was too costly on my own. I then came across “ bootie camp” and it was exactly what I wanted and was affordable.
I am now totally “ addicted to fitness” and have achieved great results. I am constantly receiving compliments on the change to my body ( no more saddle bags ) I also completed a 10 km fun run with other Bootie Campers with the encouragement of our trainers along the way.
I now cope with stress a lot better, I eat well, have lots of energy and feel fantastic. I have dropped 2 dress sizes (14 to a 10) and lots of centimetres from areas where weight previously just wouldn’t budge! (hips, bum, thighs)!
I can’t say enough good things about this program and would highly recommend it to any one, in fact my 12 year old daughter has joined and is thoroughly enjoying it.
I have finally found something that works. You don’t get bored as Claire and Kelly are always changing the training sessions and doing different things to keep it fun. I look forward to my training sessions and have made some great friends as well.
Kelly and Clare have definitely got me "addicted to fitness".

After completing two terms of bootie camp now and through the harsh winter months I have found great physical results and achieved personal goals.
The gym and I were no longer compatible and I was searching for a form of training that was going to challenge and enthuse me. Bootie Camp has given me the motivation to keep focused and committed to my personal fitness goals through group training. Every session I arrive with no idea of what challenges lie ahead which makes the training unique. I have never been an athlete but since joining Bootie Camp I have now completed two 10km fun runs, an achievement I could not have done without the positive reinforcement, motivation and dedication from both Clare and Kelly. I now look forward to a new term filled with team challenges
